Marketing Executives

Job Summary

Pathway is seeking results-driven Marketing Executives to drive customer acquisition, fund mobilization, create risk assets, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth across our financial products and advisory services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, effective relationship management skills, and a solid understanding of financial and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for mutual funds, portfolio management services, and other investment products
  • Mobilize funds (liabilities) through our investment and deposit products
  • Actively source and create Risk Assets, including:
    • Asset Backed Loans – (Cars for Cash)
    • Employee/Salary Group Loans
    • Salary Advance & Payday Loans
    • SME Loans
    • Proof of Funds (POF) Loans
  • Actively acquire new customers across retail, corporate, and SME segments
  • Identify and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional investors
  • Generate qualified leads for advisory and consulting services
  • Convert prospects into clients across lending, investment, and advisory product offerings
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored financial solutions
  • Develop and execute field and digital marketing strategies to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and fund mobilization targets

Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients across all segments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all product lines
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
  • Participate in networking events, marketing campaigns, and industry engagements
  • Provide feedback to management to refine products and strategies

Performance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Track KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Work closely with compliance teams for approvals

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales and business development experience in banking or financial services companies is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of generating liability and driving business growth.
  • Solid understanding of SME financing, retail lending, and credit risk management
  • Strong understanding of financial services products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred experience delivering on targets, deposit mobilization, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, loan and investment products, and portfolio management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
